After leaving the WINS this spring I came across a great area of BLM land.
Jawbone Canyon, located on California state route 14 south of Red Rock Canyon State
Park, offers some of the greatest off road area for ATV's, dirt bikes and
jeeps. Large enough to possibly accommodate the whole WIN
group. A good place to target shoot (must not be an automatic gun) check
out some mines, photography, hike and mountain bike. I found the women
at the BLM field office very helpful and very knowledgeable about the area.
Looking forward to returning there on my return to the west this fall.
